Let me tell you a little about me. It all started when my Dad put a camera in my hand at about the age of four. At the age of around six I graduated to one with film in it. My Dad's other passion is drumming: my brother got the drum kit. Things could have been very different.

I also hate having my photograph taken! So, if you're a little camera-shy, don't worry, I feel you! And we'll work together through our pre-wedding shoot to make sure you're as relaxed as possible.  I love it when couples are surprised at just how good they can look in my photographs!

The Girl WITH THE rABBIT TATTOO

Hi, I'm Sam, a wedding photographer based in Nottingham photographing weddings across the UK, and occassionally beyond!

From the excitement of living in London after University, I followed a boy (who is now my hubby!) and now live on the outskirts of the small market town of Newark-on-Trent with all the sights (and smells!) that a more rural life brings! It does certainly enhance my listening to The Archers (a guilty pleasure) when the farmers are muck spreading!

My wedding photographs are regularly described as atmospheric and cinematic and that may come from my love of film and film degree and from the time I spent working in the Arts in London before starting on my own photography adventure.

I love what I do! I love capturing the emotions of a wedding day and bringing those memories back in my wedding photography.

If you think you like the sound of what I do, and how I do it, let's meet up for a coffee and a chat and you can tell me all about th amazing wedding you have planned.
