In the beautiful Nottinghamshire sunshine, Hannah and Adam tied the knot at St Mary’s and All Saints’ Church, Bingham, a very pretty church that never looks better than when the sun shines on it like it did on this special day. The ceremony was only made more special by the high fiving readers and a very special Gospel reading by family friend, Janis, all the way from the Isle of Man.
After this, the weather was perfect for a ride in a Triumph Stag with the top down, stopping for a very quick but dramatic couple of photographs on the railway lines (after checking the timetable very carefully so that no-one died. I find this very important in wedding photography). Only once was their bliss interupted by their photographer’s dodgy handbrake and the sight of a Seat Leon rolling downhill towards their beautiful car (luckily a quick thinking Adam prevented an actual collision…and no-one died -which had become a bit of a theme at this point).
A perfect afternoon then followed at the Carriage Hall, Plumtree, where the wonderfully talented George Simpson and his guitar entertained us through an afternoon of sunshine and amazing food.
What a stunning day it was! And what a beautiful bride Hannah made!
